282mm Raise Boring Drilling Tricone Bits with Floating Bearing and Rubber Oil Storage Bladder
The tricone bit is the most widely used drill bit. When the tricone bit is working, the cutting teeth alternately contact the bottom of the well, the rock breaking torque is small, the contact area between the cutting teeth and the bottom of the well is small, the specific pressure is high, and it is easy to drill into the formation. In addition, the total length of the tricone bit working edge is large, so the wear is relatively reduced. The tricone bit has the effect of impacting, crushing and shearing the formation rock when it is rotated. Therefore, the tricone bit can adapt to various layers of soft, medium and hard. The tricone bit has been widely used as a tool for drilling rock formations, and significant improvements in drill performance directly reduce drilling costs.
Our 282mm raise boring tricone bits are used to drill pilot in boxhole, lonehole, down reaming and down raising process.
1. Our tricone bit adopts floating bearing structure. The floating element is made of new material with high strength, high elasticity, high temperature resistance and high wear resistance. The surface is treated with solid lubricant. While reducing the relative linear velocity of the bearing pair, the friction surface temperature rise is reduced, and the bearing life and bearing reliability under high drilling pressure or high speed drilling process conditions can be effectively improved.
2, Our tricone bits are made of high precision metal and rubber seals. They are optional. The metal seal consists of a carefully designed metal seal ring as the axial seal of the bearing. The two highly elastic rubber supply rings are located in the legs and cones seal area as static seals. The optimized seal compression ensures two the metal ring sealing surfaces are always in good contact. The highly saturated nitrile rubber O-ring seal, and the optimized seal compression increases the reliability of the bearing seal.
3, The use of a fully rubber oil storage bladder that limits the differential pressure and prevents drilling fluid from entering the lubrication system provides a good lubrication guarantee for the bearing system.
4, Our tricone bits adopt a new grease that withstands temperatures up to 250 °C and is resistant to wear.
5, Our tricone bits are made of high-strength and high-toughness carbide teeth. The optimized number of rows of teeth, number of teeth, tooth height and unique alloy tooth profile give full play to the high wear resistance and excellent cutting capacity of the tricone bits. The new wear-resistant material is applied to the tooth surface of the tricone bit to improve the life of the bit cutting life while maintaining the high mechanical drilling speed of the tricone bit.
