In order to better serve customers and understand their needs, Wang Yi, Chairman of Hunan Chuangyuan, went to Serbia to visit partners such as Serbia Zijin Mining Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Serbia Zijin") and Serbia Zijin Copper Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Serbia Zijin"), to understand the usage of the company's products on mining sites, and further enhance mutual trust and cooperation between the two sides, expanding cooperation achievements.
During his visit to Sai Zijin, Chairman Wang Yi was warmly received by General Manager Chen Yong. Chairman Wang Yi stated that the focus of this trip is to listen to customer feedback, understand product usage, and help us provide better services for everyone.
Accompanied by mining leaders and after-sales engineers from Chuangyuan, Chairman Wang Yi went deep into the underground frontline to conduct on-site inspections and understand the construction technology and product usage at the mine site. He also had technical exchanges and discussions with Vice President Yang Chuanjiang and others, listened to customer feedback, and laid a solid foundation for further cooperation between the two sides in the future.

It is currently accelerating research on large-scale caving mining technology, which is expected to help Serbia become the largest copper producing country in Europe.
