High-strength and Optimized Thread Structure RBM Drill Rod with High Alloy Steel
In order to meet different application, we could supply standard drill pipes (resistance strength greater than 700Mpa) and high-strength drill pipes (resistance strength greater than 1100Mpa) for optional choice. We can provide selection guidance according to the user's geological conditions and shaft requirements.
Our RBM drill rod adopts the patented thread structure, which reduces the stress by more than 50% compared with the common API thread.
It could effectively overcomes the early fatigue fracture easily generated by the original thread structure drill pipe and can fully meet the torque and tension capacity of the drill. It could increase work productivity especially in the hard rock raising boring.
The drill pipe adopts equal strength design, which reduces the overall weight of the drill pipe and effectively improves the drilling depth capacity and the fatigue resistance of the drill pipe.
