Introduction and application:

Our box hole borer is a low profile raise boring drilling rig, suitable for holes with diameter of 220 mm-1400 mm. This unique multi-purpose raise drill can perform longhole drilling, boxhole drilling, down reaming as well as down raising. Our box hole borer has ingenious structure, powerful function and greater flexibility. It can cope with various applications with limited workspace.

Using box hole raise boring rig when there is not enough space in the higher of the two levels to connect. It can drill large and medium holes safely, accurately and economically, such as: precondition hole, paste filling tube hole, medium hole, slot hole, backfill hole, ventilation hole, channel, drain hole, ventilation tunnel, filling hole And cable holes.

RCS intelligent control system

1.Fault diagnose: the system has an automatic diagnostic function. Once a fault occurs, the operator can quickly locate the fault and repair it in time, which greatly shortens the maintenance time and improves the work efficiency.

2.Overall perception: kinds of high-precision sensors(pressure,displacement and angle)are adopted to monitor the real time operation.
