Our box hole borer technology is developed for the rapid and safe construction of vertical and inclined, medium to large raises or shafts. It can be used in stable strata. When it drill upward, the depth can reach 60m with the daimeter 670mm. Besides boxhole drilling, it also has longhole drilling, down reaming and down raising functions. In developing this technology, special attention should be paid to improving occupational safety, higher productivity and optimum mobility of drilling rigs. The time-consuming preparatory measures required by traditional methods are no longer needed.
Our boxhole equipment has self-lubricating and maintenance-free crawler chassis, automatic pressure-maintaining steady machine system, diesel-electric dual power hydraulic system, RCS intelligent control system, two drilling modes and three operational modes, full-mechanized connection and breakout drill rod system, and our patented technology and high-level configuration.

The Box Hole Raise Boring Rig is used when there is not enough space on the higher of the two levels to be connected. it can safely, accurately and economically drill medium and large holes, such as: precondition holes, paste fill tube holes, media holes, slot holes, back filling holes, ventilation tunnels, slot raises, through passes, drainage holes, ventilation holes, filling holes and cable holes.
1. RCS program control system
(1) Safety protection program control module ensures safe operation and avoids rod drop accident and damage to equipment caused by wrong actions.
(2) The program control module of drilling rig attitude and position perception makes drilling rig positioning and unloading rod operation accurate and fast, and drilling accuracy higher.
(3) The dual mode operation module of vehicle manual and long distance line control makes the operation more convenient and safe.
(4) The self-adaptive programmable control module of drilling rig propulsion has intelligent control functions such as anti-jamming, anti-deviation, hole decompression and automatic drilling pressure, which ensures the high efficiency and reliability of the drilling rig and automatically adapts to different working conditions.
2. Modular reamer with patented technology.
(1) The shaft with different diameters can be accomplished by replacing the reamer flaps. The size of disintegration is small and it is convenient to go down the shaft.
(2) Various roller cutter adapted to different rock characteristics are available.
3. Self-lubricating rotary gearbox.
The combined control of pump variable flows and gear shifting of gearbox can meet the demand of differential rotation speed under drilling and reaming conditions.
4. Automatical Rod Loader
(1) All-position manipulator can completely avoid manual handling, and loading and unloading drilling tools quickly and safely.
(2) The cylinder auxiliary rod unloading device can reduce the labor intensity.
