Introduction:
Combining the technical requirements of mine cutting trough construction, we have successfully developed the first new cutting groove drilling rig in China with years of experience in drilling platform development.This rig is especially suitable for excavation of various grooving machines. It is equipped with an automatic pressure-holding and stabilizing system instead of concrete pouring. Even under heavy load, the rig can run stably.It does not require concrete pouring to propel itself, eliminating the time required for installation and disassembly of concrete placement.In addition, the rig can be put into use immediately after it arrives at the workbench. It can also leave quickly after construction to achieve a fast transition.This not only saves time for construction, but also reduces labor intensity for the builder.Our rig technical indicators are at the international advanced level and can fully meet the construction requirements of various underground mine grooving.Not only that, our product size is only one-half of the same type of products abroad, but its price is less than one-third of the cost of similar foreign products, it is a very cost-effective rig.
Significance:
In the previous mining project, the construction of the cutting groove was one of the main projects, and its engineering volume accounted for 40%-50% of the initial mining volume.Secondly, the cutting groove can create free surface and free space for large-scale mining. As an important part of underground mining, the excavation speed of the cutting groove is of great significance for ensuring the production of tertiary ore and achieving high yield.In the process of using traditional drilling rigs, it is increasingly unable to meet the needs of large and medium-sized mines in terms of safety, efficiency, and environmental protection.
