Introduction:
Many shafts such as vertical shaft, ventilation shaft, ore pass, production shaft and so on can be created by our raise boring machine. Our raise boring machine has great efficient, the max diameter is 3500mm, the max depth is 400m, motor power is 90 KW. The modular design of our rig allows our rig to operate in a relatively narrow space, and allows the rig to be easily lowered into a lifiting cage into the well.

2: Patented modular reamer:
Our raise boring machine can do the difference hole diameters by replacing different size of cutter. Disassembly size is small and downhole is convenient. We can choose a variety of roller cutter of different specifications according to different rock characteristics.
3: Patented large pitch high strength drill pipe:
In order to meet different operational requirements, standard drill pipe (resistance strength greater than 700Mpa) and high-strength drill pipe (resistance strength greater than 1100Mpa) are available; large pitch threads can effectively improve the threaded connection tensile capacity. The drill pipe adopts equal strength design, which reduces the overall weight of the drill pipe and effectively improves the drilling depth and the fatigue resistance of the drill pipe.
4: The reamer set adopts the patented technology of combination of pin and flat key, which avoids the defects of low repeatability and long replacement period caused by welding method, so that the user can replace the knife set to achieve factory precision; the roller cutter adopts V-shaped groove and The inclined anti-loose bolt fixing method can effectively avoid the hob jump caused by the work impact, greatly improving the service life of the reamer and the roller cutter.
5: Automatical rod handler:
Our raise boring machine has automatic rod handler. It can connect and unconnect the rod automatically.
