3:The construction case of our raise boring machine:
1: Two units R120 Standrad Raise Boring Machine
Ground Condition: Complicated ground condition, magnetite mine, Protodikonov's Hardness f12~f18.
Instruction: 108m chute hole (draw shaft) has been finished (3m diameter, 11 holes), 240m ventilation shaft(1.5m diameter, 1 hole). The highest efficiency is 18m per shift. For example, NO.27 hole, 104m depth, hardness f14, pilot drilling speed is 1m/h. The average drilling depth is 8.1m per shift. Max. Drilling depth is 11.2m per shift.
2: One unit R120 Standard Mobile Raise Boring Machine
Ground Condition:Complicated ground condition, Copper mine, Protodikonov's Hardness f 8~f14.
Instruction:They used one raise boring machine from other manufacturer. The rock mixed with massive mud, shrinking happened during drilling and raising. So its torque was low and then low efficiency, more failures, difficult to transportation and high cost. When they use our RBM, here is no similar problems. The efficiency is above 10m per shift which is twice than before and it saves half of cost and one thirds time for transportation.
