Our upream raise boring machine is a low profile raise boring drilling rig, suitable for holes with diameter of 220 mm-1400 mm and depth of 60m -200m. This unique multi-purpose raise drill can perform longhole drilling, boxhole drilling, down reaming as well as down raising. Our upream raise boring machine has ingenious structure, powerful function and greater flexibility. It can cope with various applications with limited workspace, for example, ventilation.

Our upream raise boring machine adopts diesel and electric dual-power drive. And the walking state is driven by diesel engine, the working state is driven by electric motor, which can not only exert the mobility flexibility of diesel, but also exert the low-cost characteristics of electric power.

(2) Hydraulic subsystem

In China, our upream rigs use constant-power control for load-sensing full-scale high-pressure hydraulic systems for the first time. The peak pressure of the system is 40Mpa (28Mpa for conventional systems). The main components are all world-renowned brands, using multiple filtration technologies. The power density is large, no overflow heat, no overload and downtime.

(3) Power subsystem

The upream rig is equipped with the RCS2.0 intelligent control system for safety protection, automatic operation, fault diagnosis, data storage, interconnection and digital display.

The crawler chassis consists of four leveling hydraulic legs, platform and crawler assembly. The crawler is custom-made by Shantui. It uses self-lubricating, maintenance-free, hydraulically driven mining crawler chassis. And the crawler chassis is driven by the two-speed hydraulic drive of Doosan, Korea, which can automatically shift gears according to the load. The height of the ground is 250mm, and the passing ability is strong, which can realize the in-situ steering.

4, Konum sistemi

The stable location function is completed by four leveling legs of the chassis, two pitching cylinders and two fine-tuning screws on the main unit. The adjustment angle can be accurately displayed on the panel through high-precision digital sensors.

5, itme sistemi

The thrust system consists of two rod-end fixed double-stage cylinders. The sliding surface is made of hard-hardened chrome surface treatment. It is supported by special wear-resistant materials to increase its resistance to lateral loads.
