INTRODUCTION

CY-UMT series underground hydraulic down the hole drilling rig is a new generation of digital drilling rigs developed to meet the new process requirements of modern mines, combined with the experience of traditional rigs and advanced hydraulic and program control technology. FUNCTION CHARACTERISTIC
1,Compact structure, wide operating range
The CY-UMT series underground down the hole drill is compact in structure and can be safely operated in a 2800mm high short mining. It is safe to walk in a 1700 wide and 2000mm high roadway. It adopts a bipolar coordinate luffing mechanism and has a wide operating range. It can drill parallel blastholes in any direction, and the scalloped hole can be drilled around any point.
2,Load sensitive hydraulic system
Our underground DTH drilling rig adopts load-sensitive, multi-filter and full-scale electromagnetic control hydraulic system, which is energy-saving and efficient, with high intelligence and strong anti-pollution ability, and the system is more stable and reliable.
3,RCS2.0 intelligent control system
The CY-UMT series underground down-the-hole drilling rig is equipped with the RCS2.0 intelligent control system with functions such as safety protection, automatic operation, fault diagnosis, data storage, interconnection communication and digital display.
4,Three modes of operation
The operator can select manual, wired and wireless operation as needed.
5,Kinematic-pair with new material and well-known key components
The key parts such as electrical parts, hydraulic parts and moving parts adopt international famous brands, the sliding pairs adopt replaceable wear-resistant strips, and the pin shaft rotating pairs adopt self-lubricating graphite materials, which greatly prolongs the service life of drilling rigs.
6,Domestic and imported brand hydraulic rock drills are available
Domestic HYD200/HYD300 hydraulic rock drill (impact power 10/15KW, frequency 50Hz).
Finland imported DOOFOR DF530S/DF550S hydraulic rock drill (impact power 10/17KW, frequency 90Hz).
7,Cartridge independent drive walking wheel
The wheels are modular in design and the four wheel assemblies are quick to remove for easy access to the tank.
8,Double disc drill pipe library
The double-disc drill pipe library has a capacity of 24 storage rods.
