INTRODUCTION

CY-UMD series underground down-the-hole drilling rig is a new generation of digital drilling rigs developed to meet the new process requirements of modern mines, combined with the experience of traditional rigs and advanced hydraulic and program control technology. It is compact, safe, efficient, reliable and durable. And the operation is comfortable and the maintenance is convenient. It is the first choice for the large-diameter deep hole mining method of underground mines in China.

FUNCTION CHARACTERISTICS

1, Compact Structure

It can work safely in the 2500mm high short mining; it can walk safely in the 1700mm wide and 1800mm high roadway. It can also be quickly disassembled into three units, and the largest unit size is 3100×1300×620mm3, which is convenient for entering the mining well.

2, Load-Sensing Hydraulic System

It adopts load-sensitive, multi-filter and full-scale electromagnetic control hydraulic system, which is energy-saving and efficient, with high intelligence and strong anti-pollution ability, and the system is more stable and reliable.

3, Intelligent Control System

The CY-UMD series underground down-the-hole drilling rig is equipped with the RCS2.0 intelligent control system, which has functions such as safety protection, automatic operation, fault diagnosis, data storage, interconnection communication and digital display.

4, Kinematic-Pair with New Material and Well-Known Key Components

The key parts such as electrical parts, hydraulic parts and moving parts adopt international famous brands, and the sliding pair adopts replaceable wear strips. The rotating shafts of each pin adopt self-lubricating graphite materials, which greatly prolongs the service life of the drilling rig.

4. Rock drilling automatic recorder: Automatically record the main operating parameters in the rock drilling operation. A histogram of rock changes with depth in the hole is automatically drawn.
5. Data communication module: Upload the main working parameters and production report of the drilling rig to the mine production management system through the U disk or mine communication system.
6, Wireless control module: can choose the appropriate safe operating position according to the mining environment and the field of view.
