Rcs intelligent control system Make work easy

The CY-RV series RBM installs RCS2.0 intelligent control system with safety protection, automatic operation, fault diagnose, data storage, Internet communications, digital display and so on (see specification of RCS2.0 intelligent control system).

RCS2.0 intelligent control system is made up of hardware and software. The hardware includes PLC, monitors, sensors, communications components, storage medium, console and actuators. The software is made up of kinds of modules, such as central control module, sensor module, operating module, data storage and transmission module, display module, expert database and PC management modules and other components. Various types of data and instruction will be collected for analysis and processing under the guidance of expert database of the PLC, reliable and secure execution of instructions are issued to the execution unit (hydraulic proportional valve or hydraulic variable displacement pump). The system provides PC interface and data storage interface, and professional RCS_PC PC systems. The user can analysis the construction data on line or off line by using the storage data in SD card, monitor real time, and generate the reports of drilling at all times. The system achieves better human-computer interaction and data information services.

Security module has malfunction protection and abnormal conditions protection, malfunction protection can avoid damage to personnel and equipment caused by a variety of errors and dangerous operation of the operator, which can effectively prevent the accident of rod dropping; abnormal protection conditions can avoid adverse effects caused by abnormal lithology and environmental to equipment, and prevent the phenomenon of the rod sticking and burying.
